Will the group still get monthly bills from each carrier?

No. Groups that participate in One Bill will not need to receive and reconcile individual carrier invoices.

Each month your groups will receive a consolidated invoice that includes all One Bill chosen carriers. It’ll show each employee, their products, and the associated premiums. 

All premiums are paid in arrears, allowing groups to collect payments through payroll deductions before the premiums are due. This removes the need for employers to front their own funds. Premiums are due on the last day of each month for that month’s coverage.

Absolutely. Groups can make payments by check, ACH, or EFT.

One of the best parts about One Bill is that groups can choose which products they want to include. They can offer all the products or pick which products they want to offer to their employees. All products can be employer-paid or voluntary.

No. There is no charge to the group or the producer for consolidated billing.

Sure. If a group wants separate bills from each carrier, we can do that as well.
